Quick answers to common questions.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During drops and peak periods, processing may take a little longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship both locally and internationally. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your address.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we’ll send a tracking link to the email/phone used at checkout. If you didn’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact support with your order number.

What is your return / exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted on eligible items in unused condition with original tags/packaging. Time windows and eligibility can vary by product type (e.g., accessories). If an item is final sale, it will be clearly marked on the product page.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can usually help. Message us ASAP with your order number. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces restock, others are limited and won’t return. If a product is part of a drop, it may never be restocked. Follow our socials and sign up for updates for restock announcements.

How do I find my size?

Use the “Sizing guide” on the product page and compare measurements to an item you already own. If you’re between sizes, choose based on the fit you want (closer vs oversized). You can also message us with your height/weight and preferred fit for guidance.

Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?

Not at the moment for standard releases. For special projects or collaborations, custom sizing may be available — reach out via Contact.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment options are displayed at checkout. Depending on your location, this can include card payments and local gateways (e.g., Paystack / Flutterwave).

Will I pay customs / import duties?

International shipments may be subject to duties/taxes depending on your country. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

How do I care for my items?

Follow the care instructions on the garment label. As a general rule: wash cold, avoid high heat, and turn items inside out to protect prints/embellishments. For leather or special materials, spot-clean and use appropriate care products.

Do you do wholesale or collaborations?

Yes — we’re open to select wholesale and collaboration opportunities. Send a message via Contact with details (brand, timeline, and what you have in mind).
